This policy describes what AskedAndRanked, operated by Zeke Conner in Hawaii, USA, collects. Contact hello@askedandranked.com for access or deletion requests.
Data we collect
- Email address, and whether you opted in to product notes.
- Brand name, website, category, questions, and competitor names you enter.
- IP address, used to rate-limit the free check.
- Raw answers and citations returned by the AI engines, and our parsed read of them.
- A session cookie after you use a magic link. Stripe stores payment details; we store the customer and subscription ids, not your card number.
How we use it
To run checks, show your dashboard, email magic links and reports, bill subscriptions, and prevent abuse. If you opt in, we may email product notes. You can ask us to stop. We don't sell personal information.
Processors
Cloudflare hosts the app, database, queue, and email. Stripe bills subscriptions. OpenAI, Perplexity, and Google receive the questions you track when those engines are configured. Their handling of prompts is covered by their own terms.
Cookies and retention
The session cookie is httpOnly and lasts 30 days. We keep account and result data while the account is open and for a limited period after, unless you ask us to delete it. Public ranking pages show product names from questions, not your email.
Children
The service is not for anyone under 16.
