AskedAndRanked is operated by Zeke Conner, an individual and sole proprietor in Hawaii, USA (“we”). These terms cover the website, the free check, and the paid subscriptions.
The service
We send buyer-style questions to third-party AI engines and store their answers, plus a parsed read of whether a brand was named. Answers come from those engines. They can be wrong, incomplete, or different on a later day. We don't guarantee a rank, a citation, or any sales outcome.
Accounts
You sign in with an email link. You're responsible for the mailbox you use. Don't use the product to track a brand you have no right to represent, or to send questions that break the law.
Plans
Paid plans are subscriptions billed by Stripe. Starter and Pro limits are listed on the pricing page. There is no one-time or lifetime purchase. Fees, cancellation, and refunds are in the refund policy.
Your content
You keep the rights to your brand name, site, and questions. You give us permission to send those questions to the engines and to store the results so we can show them to you. We can use aggregated, non-identifying question results for the public rankings pages.
Acceptable use
Don't probe the service for other customers' data, overload it, or resell raw engine output as if you were the engine. White-label reports on Pro are for your own clients.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We aren't liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages. Some states don't allow these limits; in that case they apply only as far as they can.
Ending access
You can cancel a subscription in the Stripe customer portal. We can suspend an account that abuses the service or doesn't pay. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, excluding conflict rules. Contact hello@askedandranked.com.
