AskedAndRanked is billed as a subscription by Stripe. There is no one-time or lifetime plan. Zeke Conner, Hawaii, USA, is the seller.
Monthly plans
Cancel anytime in the Stripe customer portal, linked from your dashboard. Cancellation stops the next renewal. It does not refund the current month. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Annual plans
Annual Starter ($390) and Pro ($890) are refundable within 14 days of the initial purchase. Email hello@askedandranked.com from the account email and include the receipt. After 14 days, annual payments are not refunded. You can still cancel to stop the next year's renewal.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, the account is marked past due and weekly runs pause until Stripe collects the invoice or the subscription ends.
